Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide yearbook files?: Yes we do. They are free of charge; and we provide PSPA yearbook files unless you need a different format.
Do you provide digital files for the school or league?: Yes. The school or league will get the files with a copyright release for marketing purposes only. They may not be used to print for parents or teams.
Is there any cost to the school?: In most cases there is no cost for the school. Payments come from parents orders. Contact us and we can explain all the specific payment processes.
Does the school have to deal with order forms and transactions?: No! With our online ordering system all photo orders and payments are done online and the prints are mailed directly to the parents.
Do you donate faculty and staff headshots?: Yes, faculty and staff headshots are complimentary. Typically they are taken on school photo day, however we can set up a specific day to take them all at one time if needed.
Do you have any special services of Seniors?: Yes, We are happy set up a Senior Day where we can take a senior portrait of each student.

We also offer Senior Banners (3 foot by 4 foot vinyl banner) for athletics and other extracurricular activities (theater, music, etc...).
